These Soft start Valves are designed to protect the machine on Start Up.
When a machine is restarted it is necessary to reduce the initial flow of Air into the system, so that sudden acceleration of the pre-exhausted actuators can be controlled. The Soft Start Valve controls the flow of air into the system through an adjustable needle control valve. A back pressure build up senses actuators are in start position and automatically switches over to full pressure.
Available in three sizes 1=1850 Nl/min, 2=3000Nl/min, 3=5200Nl/min
