Design
By getting involved with your project at design stage, we can offer our expertise in selecting the most suitable products for your needs.
At this stage we have taken into consideration all of the elements of our evaluation and will formalise a proposal for approval. This may evolve as the design starts to takes shape.
Catalogues and CAD data can be provided to assist the integration of our products in to the design. A visit to highlight the physical characteristics of the equipment is sometimes required.
In some instances we’ll even provide a working prototype, usually is a scaled down version of the real thing.
Deliver
Once you’re confident in the proposed solution and system design, the delivery process can start.
All our stock is itemised electronically, with stock levels and sales prices.
Within 2 working hours of your go ahead, we’ll let you know when your items will be delivered, and where needed, we’ll arrange a suitable time for our engineer to be onsite for installation and commissioning
Support
We see ongoing support as a key element in our partnership with you. These services include:
- On site fault finding
- Installation and commissioning
- Modifications
- Re-design of old or existing circuitry
- Retro-fitting new for old
- Circuit design (schematic drawings)
